Ariza Westview is pet friendly!

We welcome up to 2 total cats or dogs, with a 100lb weight limit. We charge a $25/pet/month pet rent, a $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet, and a $200 refundable pet fee per pet.

To help ensure all of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a "household pet" profile, a “no pet” profile, and/or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
